Your plan with us
What you pay this company, as opposed to what your customers pay you. In Plan & billing, owner only.
What you are charged for
A plan has a monthly and a yearly price, a number of bookable people included, and a price for each extra person. "Bookable" means somebody customers can be booked with — a receptionist who takes no appointments is not counted.
The screen says which plan you are on, how many people it is priced for, and what the next bill will be. To move up or down a plan, ring us on +977 1 4123456; it is a conversation rather than a button because it usually comes with a question about how you work.
The trial
New businesses start on a free trial. Nothing is charged during it and nothing is limited — it is the whole product, so that the decision at the end is made on the real thing. The first bill is issued on the day the trial ends, and the screen says that date from the first time you open it.
Bills and paying them
- One bill per billing period, issued at the start of it, with a due date.
- A bill is fixed when it is issued and never recalculated. Adding a stylist in the middle of a month changes the next bill, not this one.
- Pay by cash, bank transfer, eSewa or Khalti, and tell us on +977 1 4123456. We record the payment against the bill and the screen shows it as paid.
- Everything you have ever been billed stays listed, with what was paid and when.
If a bill goes unpaid
We ring you. Nothing switches off on a schedule and nothing is deleted — your bookings, your customers and your history are yours, and a salon locked out of its own diary on a Friday afternoon is a salon that cannot serve the people already sitting in it.
If you leave, ask us for your data and you will get it. There is no hostage-taking in the design of this.
What we never do
- We never take a percentage of what your customers pay you. Your Fonepay or Khalti account is your own and the money never passes through us — see Taking payments.
- We never charge your customers anything. The booking page is free to them, always.
- We never sell anything about your customers to anybody. See the privacy page, which says exactly what is stored and for how long.
