About

Built here, for salons here

Most salon software is built for London or Sydney and translated afterwards. The result works until it meets a Nepali fiscal year, a landmark address, or a customer who has an email but no interest in making an account.

What we decided differently

Dates in both calendars. You plan in Bikram Sambat and your customer's phone shows Gregorian. Picking one makes the screen wrong for somebody in the room, so every date carries both, and tax invoices are numbered within the fiscal year that starts on Shrawan 1.

Cash is not an afterthought. Plenty of salons here take cash, and the whole system works that way. Online payments are something you switch on, not something you switch off.

Addresses are landmarks. “Second floor, above the pharmacy” gets more people through your door than a map pin does, so your page has room for both and we never guess a location from an address.

Nothing is quietly edited. A settled bill, an issued invoice and the history of an appointment cannot be changed — the database itself refuses. Corrections are added, never substituted, because that is what a disagreement about money gets settled from.

How we work with you

We set the salon up ourselves — services, prices, stylists, hours and photographs — before you take a booking. Nobody is handed a blank system and a manual.

We check who you are before you go live, because you will be taking money from the public and issuing tax invoices under your own PAN. That means a short call and a look at your registration papers, not a form that never ends.

Your data is yours. Ask and you get your customers, appointments and invoices in a form you can take anywhere.

Who we are — this section is for your own story: who is behind GetYourVibe, why you started it, and who your first salons are. Send us the wording and it goes here.
